Ingredients
My biscuits contain flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and some cornstarch. For decoration I use fondant (sugar mass), which is glued to the biscuit with a peach or elderberry jam. The batter may also contain traces of nuts.
The eggs come from the free-range farm Wagner in 65597 Neesbach. The flour, the butter, the sugar, the powdered sugar, the cornstarch and the jam all come from fair organic retailers, which I get at the organic store Kornblume in 65597 Kirberg.

If you wish, I can also bake your biscuits gluten-free and/or vegan.
Sugar substitutes in the form of erythritol are also possible.
